Got the product on Sunday the 26th, and things started out fantastic. Loved the way it sounded and the software to adjust presets and update the firmware. I used it for approx 10-14 hours over the next 2 days and noticed on the second day all sound went to the left ear cup and my right ear cup sounded like there was a candy wrapper in the ear cup. No sound was coming through but it was like the speaker had busted. I tried to resolve the issue by checking for firmware updates and plugging it into different devices to see if that was the issue. It was not the issue and after plugging back into my original PC, I was able to use the left ear cup for a bit to listen to music but it slowly drowned to absolutely no sound with the crunching sound in the ear cup. I have ordered a replacement and hope I just got a defective device. Love the headset and the company but can't justify paying $300 for a headset to only last 10-14 hours. I will update when new replacement comes.
